He was flexible, kind, patient, and oriented towards customer satisfaction. I definitely felt taken care of- there was NEVER a time where I reached out with questions or specific concerns and he didn’t immediately respond with answers or resources to get those answers, even if it was outside his span of employment. I plan on working with Jerry for a while and I know that anyone I place in his care will be taken care of. He has been incredible and I am so grateful for the opportunity to be his client.
